Experienced Landscape Design/Build Foreperson About the Role Landscapes By Genuine is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreperson to lead residential design/build projects during the spring, summer, and fall seasons, with the opportunity for winter snow operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys managing projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on residential projects - Plan and coordinate installations to meet schedules and quality standards - Operate equipment and assist with all aspects of landscape construction - Train, mentor, and support crew members onsite - Monitor project progress and communicate with management, designers, and clients - Ensure safe work practices and proper use of equipment and PPE - Troubleshoot onsite challenges and adjust plans as needed - Maintain daily job -documentation and site organization What We’re Looking For - 10+ years of custom residential landscaping experience - 5+ years leading small crews (2–3 people) - Strong skills in hardscape and softscape installations - Advanced skid steer/Bobcat operating experience - Ability to read plans, elevations, and drainage layouts - Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors - Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and quality Why Join Landscapes By Genuine? This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in detailed property care, and can confidently lead a small crew while maintaining high quality standards. This position follows established monthly schedules and offers potential year-round employment, transitioning into snow removal during winter months.
